Bubble Trouble

Guess who has become a total wild man in the tub?? Osten has overcome his fear of the whirlpool jets, and now there are more bubbles than ever at bath time!

Beauty Secrets

Look who's discovered Mommy's stash of beauty secrets.

Having discovered my secrets, she made it clear that she is also staking a claim to the goods!

She was not at all amused when I told her that playtime was over!

Top Gun

Here's Daddy in his Maverick sunglasses posing with his favorite fighter pilot.

"That's a negative Ghost rider; the pattern is full."

"I don't like you because you're dangerous."

Bank Run

We did a little run on the bank funds at Target yesterday, and Osten picked out this Nascar big rig. "Just how big of a rig did he buy," you might be wondering. Well, he demonstrated at dinner last night that he can fit his arm all the way up to his elbow in the truck's container. It will also hold a dinner fork. His sister's blocks fit nicely, as do his Matchbox cars. I'd say he got his money's worth!

Tubtime Teamwork

I wish I could remember what they were doing here. They have become quite the little team in the bath tub lately!

Morning Rituals

Daddy and I aren't the only ones with morning rituals anymore. Osten has recently started shaving, which at this age just entails running around with Daddy's shaver and listening to the loud noise it makes. (This particular morning, I think his time would have been better spent combing his hair rather than shaving his beard, but that's just a passing observation.)

Meanwhile, Marci keeps us all busy in the morning by ransacking my makeup bag and running around with the telephone.  (And I wonder why it sometimes seems like such an ordeal to get everyone fed, dressed and loaded in the car in the morning!)

Fire & Water

I think Osten is looking for a new recruit for his fireman obsession. This fire hat has recently become a highly coveted bath toy. Here is a rare moment of sharing caught on film for posterity. Something tells me I will need to look at this photo often over the next few years ...
