We celebrated Wells' first birthday Saturday morning, and it was our first outing with Osten since he broke his arm Thursday afternoon. Hamilton and his family were nice enought to give Osten an all-access pass to Hamilton's drum set during Wells' party. Osten banged his little heart out! It was a great (albeit not-so-quiet) distraction, and Osten didn't even seem to notice that he wasn't able to run around and jump with the other kids.
