There were more leaves than you could imagine down by the lake, and the kids had a ball playing in them.
When they tired of waiting their turn for Grammi to cover them with leaves, the three of them banned together for a group burial.
As soon as they got situated on their backs, they would cover their eyes and wait for the leaves to be piled on top of them.
They giggled and giggled as they rolled in the leaves. We must have played for an hour or more, and we were all left a bit breathless from all of the commotion. I just love to see the kids playing outside all bundled in their winter jackets with their rosy little cheeks!
